Erica Toelle is a seasoned Business Architect and Consultant who has been working with SharePoint since 2004. Erica has spent much of that time focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM) project roles and was among the first in the industry to customize OCM methodologies to be more appropriate for the fast-paced nature of SharePoint implementations. She enjoys helping customers create business solutions using out of the box SharePoint features, Microsoft Office and SharePoint Designer, and training customers on how to use these technologies. Erica lives in Seattle and enjoys traveling the world to meet fellow SharePoint practitioners.
